Senior Sales Executive International

Our client is a Dutch based innovative payment service provider offering online payment services and are particularly strong around subscription and credit management. Customers are mainly from the eCommerce, fashion and retail industry, serving some of the most well-known brands.

In order to start growing their footprint outside of the Benelux, they are looking for a Senior Sales Executive. In this role you will be responsible growing one of their new focus markets. By building a strategic sales plan you are responsible for the growth of their position as an innovative payment provider in the eCommerce market.

You have a strong drive to achieve your targets. In addition, you are constantly curious about new payment technologies and market developments. You are a true "hunter" and do not let go before the deal is closed. In addition, you are used to C-level acting.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Development of a Market and Strategic Sales plan
  • Active Pipeline Management New Business and reporting in CRM
  • Presentations at events and conferences
  • Approach, visit and connecting large – and corporate customers
  • Drawing up tenders, RFPs and negotiate the (commercial) conditions
  • Management and development of the Verticals which our client focuses on
  • Develop propositions for your managed verticals
  • Realization of targets based on your strategic sales plan
  • Setting up and developing campaigns in our client’s Thought Leadership Program
  • Report directly to the CCO

 

Characteristics

The Senior Sales Executive our client is looking for is energetic and loves to close deals. By knowledge and customer focus you will get the best result for their customers. In addition, you are immune to stress and you love to work in a dynamic environment.

 

In addition, you have ....

  • Degree in business or similar
  • You have a minimum of 5 years’ work experience preferably in the Payment market
  • You have a minimum of 5 years’ commercial work experience in a commercially driven organization
  • Building your own international network related to the business of our client is a major plus
  • Experience growing a market is a big plus
  • Able to work independently
  • Proven sales track record at your previous employer (s)
  • Used to working on C level
  • Very strong communicative skills
  • Perfect knowledge of the English language. Additional languages are a huge plus.
