Job Overview


Our client, a leading SaaS billings and payments company, is seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive and execute their sales strategy, manage a nation-wide sales team and bring in new business across merchant verticals.


Responsibilities and Duties

·Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base


  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Assist sales executives with engaging clients in effort to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Construct strategy for development of an outbound sales operation and ensure its successful launch
  • Accurately forecast company sales results



  • 4+ years of senior management experience, overseeing and developing teams of Account Executives and Sales Managers
  • 6+ proven experience as a sales executive, working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions (preferably in a global organization)
  • Previous knowledge of payments or merchant services
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of exceeding targets and successfully influencing and acquiring new business
  • Extensive knowledge of the sales process and ability to develop and improve sales processes
  • Focus on developing client-focused, achievable solutions and involvement in their implementation
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue (multi-million dollar multiples)
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
