To further expand this group of international superstars we're looking for our next recruiter to go on the offensive for team Germany, Netherlands or the Commonwealth. The perfect player is someone who already has at least 2 years of on-field wins under their belt and looking for a new challenge with an exciting team.
What does all this sport's talk actually mean?
Over the past 3 years, we've doubled in size year on year and looking to continue that trend as we head into 2020. In order to do this, we've developed some pretty exciting opportunities for medior - senior level recruiters to join the ranks and help lead us into the next phase of our business expansion.
Our markets are split by either vertical or geography, allowing our consultants to become specialists in niche fields and take full control over building their desks. We have opportunities in both our German & Benelux teams, with the ideal candidate speaking German and Dutch respectively + fluent in English. There are also opportunities to expand into dedicated vertical within the Fintech & payments space (Cyber Security, Risk & Fraud, Gaming, etc.) for English speaking applicants.
We're looking for people who know what they're doing when it comes to recruitment & don't need too much hand-holding in order to be successful. We prefer to coach & mentor our people rather than micromanage you until you burst. There will also be an opportunity to help mentor & develop some of our more junior consultants with future plans to grow and develop your own team.
We're looking for people who love developing new business and have a great commercial understanding of how businesses operate. In other words, you know who the right people are to speak to and you know how to speak to them. We're also looking for hunters & innovators, people who have an innate ability at finding opportunities where others might not and connecting the dots or coming up with creative solutions.
Finally, we're looking for people who already have proven success working in a 360-degree recruitment capacity and are ready to move into a more autonomous environment where you can take charge of your success & have a great time while doing so.
