Senior Manager Business Development - Global Payments

Location: Western Europe > Germany > Berlin
Work Type: Full Time

Your mission:

 

Deep understanding of payment issues, which include on-line / in-store payments, credit, loyalty, etc. + tracking market trends to leverage opportunities in line with the company vision

 

Initiation and establishment of close business relationships in payment transactions with a large number of strategic partners on an international level (issuers, acquirers, card systems, purse providers, etc.),

 

Communicate and connect at all organizational levels, including product, technology, marketing, law, operations and customers

 

Negotiate partnership agreements

 

Create compelling presentations with a summary of contract terms, the strategic direction, and the cost-effectiveness of new initiatives

 

 

 

Your skillset:

 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

 

Over 5 years of project and business experience, preferably in the payment or e-commerce area with a focus on marketing topics

 

B2B experience in supporting retail operations throughout the lifecycle; Deal Management, Deal structuring, negotiation and implementation

 

You are an exceptional networker and communicator with high energy, self-starter with a practical mindset, a proven commercial edge and entrepreneurial success story

 

Quick assessment of the potential of an opportunity using fact analysis and industry experience

 

Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills with proven intellectual and analytical accuracy for a variety of functional business issues

 

Proven ability to collaborate with large, cross-functional (eg, product, sales, strategy, marketing) and national teams and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously

 

Excellent written and oral communication skills, solid interpersonal skills and the proven ability to effectively influence and communicate across regional and functional boundaries

 

Excellent spoken and written English, other languages ​​are an advantage
