Responsible for planning and implementation of marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives for volume, revenue, profit, customer acquisitions, retention and satisfaction. Identifies and develops new marketing program opportunities. Works individually or with a team to analyze economic considerations, develop marketing forecasts, estimate costs, prepare pricing studies, and manage program/project budgets. Includes segment marketing activities.
Responsible for development and implementation of consumer credit card programs including account acquisition (branch, direct mail and telemarketing), account activation, account usage and account retention programs.
Track program results and identify opportunities for future improvements for marketing programs.
Manage marketing efforts in various channels including creative development, program design, quality control.
Manage cross functional efforts to ensure marketing programs are properly executed through risk management, legal and compliance, systems, security, operations, and customer service.
Manage program budgets ensuring expense controls are in place and followed. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of marketing efforts through cost savings or program results improvements.
