Vice President of Sales

Job Duties / Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic vision to develop a sales process and exceed on sales expectations
  • Preparing sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
  • Develop and implement a sales structure with metrics as a guide
  • Initiating new tools, tactics, and strategies that help the company communicate, educate, and validate sales efforts
  • Assisting the Executives on developing incentives that will grow the customer base
  • Hiring, coaching, training, counseling, and disciplining Sales Representatives
  • Teaching and reinforcing consultative selling behaviors that result in Sales Representatives delivering exceptional sales and service results
  • Working with Sales Representatives to oversee relationships with clients in the United States and overseas to identify needs and to obtain feedback on the performance of new or existing services
  • Resolving all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience selling into Retailors and a successful track record of developing a team to sell into retailers (Brick and Online)
  • Experience in the POS Financial Payment Product space.
  • Individual that can develop a master plan in sales and comfortable getting over “obstacles” 
  • Startup mentality and wants to put their stamp on something special.
  • Comfortable selling to small, as well as big retail merchants – opportunity in both spaces is high.
  • Driven mindset with long and short terms goals always changing.
