Our client, a fast-growing Fintech in payments industry is looking for a VP of Sales for their inside sales team.  At their HQ in Atlanta you will have the opportunity to serve as a member of the senior management team, and create sales strategy and manage distribution channels, while creating sales budgets and oversee client accounts.


  • Forecasting future company sales and maximizing company profits
  • Developing decided sales plans & strategies
  • Overseeing and managing a team of sales managers
  • Seeking out major clients and developing relationships with prospects with assigned territories
  • Identifying emerging market
  • Maximizing company profits
  • Forecasting future company sales


  • 5-10 years of sales experience with sales and B2B customer (payments, fintech preferred)
  • Proven ability to develop and initiate strategies for revenue and client count growth as well as expense control
  • Strong understanding of sales
  • Proven track record of sales
  • Experience running and building a sales team
  • Build, maintain, and effectively manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Accurately forecast sales results
  • Follow a structured sales methodology as well as meet/exceed sales quotas
  • Excellent communication skills
