Our client provides high quality technical assistance to its clients, banks and other partners worldwide. As a Technical Integration Manager, you will assist with their integration to our global payment processing platform, assist with tech-related queries and also execute other day-to-day support functions. The communication occurs via ticketing system, email, phone, Skype and other media as needed. You will work seamlessly with counterparts in the other regions (Asia and US) and will report to the team lead.


  • Provide excellent assistance to merchants, resellers and payment gateways during technical integration with our payment platform
  • Provide consultancy on our payment web services/APIs during the integration phase to our clients
  • Help sales derive the payment solutions during the presales phase
  • Analyze and propose the best possible payment integration solution for the client’s e-commerce business
  • Responsible for the technical on-boarding process for clients from test to live
  • Project based client integration management including visits
  • Provide continued technical support after the implementation phase
  • Daily monitoring of gateway alerts and system error monitoring tools
  • Liaise with stakeholders inside and outside the organization (banks, merchants, partners, internal departments) 
  • Research customer issues and provide solutions/action-plan accordingly 
  • Escalate issues to stakeholders as needed
  • Cultivate our shared knowledge atmosphere and contribute to internal knowledge sources


We request:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical/integrations role (or similar)
  • Speaking English and Chinees is a must
  • Must be living in Singapore
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of web-services/APIs, SOAP, JSON and HTML concepts are required (Development skills are optional)
  • Team player, eager to learn and grow
  • Positive, accurate and professional attitude
  • IT and programming knowledge is (highly) preferred
  • Independent attitude, can-do mentality and (taking of) responsibility
  • Experience in the payment industry is preferred but not essential
