Description:

Do you want to work in a fast-growing company that provides industry-leading fraud, abuse and user experience protection tools for small and medium online retailers. We use behavioural analytics, real-time user scoring, and global monitoring to optimize and protect against threats and give companies a better insight into their real customers.

We are looking for a driven and passionate Solutions Consultant to join our team. They are currently expanding the European team and are looking for a creative person with a technical background that can hit the ground running and help implement our solution in the EMEA and APAC region.

This person should be prepared to work in a high-paced team environment and this position will need strong critical thinking skills in order to integrate into our vibrant and passionate team. You will get to work in a diverse team with members from different nationalities. In return, we will give you a lot of responsibility, opportunity and training to grow as a professional.

 

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Providing technical and functional expertise during the sales process
  • Demonstrate how the company can meet and exceed the business needs of our prospects
  • Have a technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate integration
  • Ability to build and test workflows that are repeatable to assist across full sales cycles
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to procure resources for prospects
  • RFP assistance, demonstrations, IT Workshops, statement of work creation, prospect training, presentations, and document creation
  • Subject matter expert that can provide valuable sales insights to salespeople and prospects
  • Identify current and future customer requirements
  • Determine improvements and effectively communicates them to the Product team
  • Working in sales cycles where up to 20% of your time would include travel

 

We request the following:

  • 5 years experience in systems selling OR the implementation of these applications
  • eCommerce experience is desired, but not required
  • Experience with Software as a Service is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations is a requirement
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
