Your will be facilitating client integration with processing systems and the optimizing program configurations for a prepaid platform. Our client's white label programme allows financial institutions to design cards which meet their corporate user interface and user experience guidelines.

Whether multi-purpose or closed loop cards, virtual or plastic, our client's range of services includes cards for almost all needs.

It includes innovative prepaid and pay-out cards or NFC stickers for contact-less payment.

The portfolio covers all mobile payment solutions, be it SIM card provisioning for NFC enabled smartphones, and be it on the embedded Secure Element or via Hosted Card Emulation.

You will need to:

  • Analyse business requirements specification of new industry and client requirements;
  • Document functionality that requires system enhancements and work with PMO, platform support and development teams to incorporate the enhancements in the Issuing platform;
  • Keep abreast of payment industry trends and regulations to help define and help manage a roadmap for Issuing Processing services;
  • Support the customer implementation team to successfully deliver client solutions;
  • Conduct requirements review with key project stakeholders including the client and internal support groups and obtain client sign off on the requirement Document requirements that impact other functional groups (e.g. the Call Centre, operations, accounting etc.);
  • Define creative solutions to unusual client requests using existing functionality;
  • Conduct research on whether the system currently performs functionality requested by the client and ensure that enhancement requests are formally turned over for scoping, sizing and timing to the Development organization;
  • Support sales and marketing in the promotion of Issuing Processing services;
  • Provide consultation and guidance to the team in other parts of the organization to ensure that requirement objectives are aligned and met;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is met with requirements and traceability to the end release.

 

REQUIREMENTS

You are a strong communicator with expert knowledge of prepaid, debit and or credit card processing.

You have 5+ years’ deep-dive experience in electronic payments industry, with demonstrated solution consultancy and business analysis experience with retail banking, or card issuance.

You should have good understanding of Card scheme interfaces, API & web technologies.
