About the Client
Our client is committed to making online shopping easy and hassle-free and their vision is to be the World’s favourite way to buy. Their Technical Sales Department plays a vital role in achieving this goal by supporting sales and delivering world-class technical integrations. They are now looking to expand this department and are looking for a talented, technically strong Implementation Expert who will primarily work with their partners and will be located in their Oslo office.
About the Job
You will work closely with the Partner Sales team to provide technical product knowledge and support to their key partners in pre-sales, implementation and testing.
You will also own the end to end delivery of all technical integration aspects during the partner implementation phase.
- Providing technical input into customer proposals
- Scoping solutions including writing of detailed specifications
- Managing integration projects towards our partners
- Quality assuring delivery to secure an outstanding experience to our customers
- Delivering high quality implementations of our products to the most important e-commerce systems and PSPs
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in sales engineering, technical consulting (implementation), software or technical operations
- Exceptional (software) project management skills
- Outstanding problem solving skills, eagerness to learn and curiosity
- Excellent communication skills when interacting with technical and business stakeholders both internally and externally
- Ability to work at a high pace while remaining detail oriented
- A degree in a technical and/or business oriented field (e.g. Business Information System, Web Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.)
- Strong interest in web technology, fintechs and e-commerce
- Experience with current web shop-systems, content-management-systems and/or fintech
