Our client provides global managed E-commerce solutions that enable publishers and online retailers of downloadable games, apps and software to monetize their digital products everywhere, across all online distribution channels, all revenue models, and all PC and Android devices.

The company operates in the main digital markets through local offices and a staff of 150 people in Europe, Japan, North America and Brazil.

About the Job

As Senior Director - VP Europe you will be responsible for developing sales, new business opportunities and markets for the companies products and services.  The primary target market is the EU or broader Europe, with LatAm experience a significant plus.  Particular markets of interest are DE/FR/IT/ES/UK/BR and north African markets. Your key tasks will be:

Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into a growing businessDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionArrange business meetings with prospective clientsMaintaining fruitful relationships with existing customersMaintain and grow existing business and assetsManage operations this involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targetsMaintain account and territory records, update management on account activity and provide forecast data as requestedManage all administrative aspects of the assignment including, but not limited to account profiles, sales pipeline records, current and prospective customer organization charts, consistent with sales best practices

About You

  • Proven working experience as a business development or sales manager, sales executive or Country manager is essential for working in this job
  • In-depth knowledge of retail software and or game distribution and monetization
  • Experience working within retail distribution or enablement
  • High level of knowledge of ecommerce and the evoling digital commerce landscape
  • Must have excellent networking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organisation
  • Fluent English is a must, additional languages are a plus
  • Must be available to travel
