About the Client 

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and security-minded individual to help us open up the HEALTHCARE and HEALTHTECH market with new client sales, and to expand existing client relations. You will be the front of the company and should have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. In essence, your goal will be to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong customer relationships with new and existing clients.

About the Job

  • Provide input towards the sales/growth strategy for North America, detailing critical insights and new business opportunities
  • Achieve revenue targets set for your territory
  • Develop strong relationships with potential customers to identify and sell new business opportunities plus upsell/cross-sell opportunities into existing accounts
  • Drive regular account reviews with customers and provide strategies to optimize return
  • Carry your own weight in customer technical sales activities; however, you will have the opportunity to partner with pre-sales solution consultants to ensure that customers successfully adopt our product offering
  • Identify sales opportunities and drive deal closure with a laser focus on business outcomes that translates into customer satisfaction
  • Achieve consistent, repeatable revenue targets through disciplined pipeline building and forecast management in Salesforce CRM system
  • Leverage key business insights to elevate sales conversation and action
  • Offer world class customer service through alignment of your customers’ technology roadmap and the offering
  • Deliver tangible solutions to identified customers solving for greater efficiencies, cost savings, and deep regard for product offering

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or other relevant field
  • Eagerness to solve difficult customer challenges
  • Proven ability to lead, build trust, and be highly credible across all levels of organisation
  • Successful sales track record with 5-10 + years’ technology sales experience
  • Industry knowledge and ability to make confident recommendations at C-level
  • A technical, security background will stand you in good stead
