Our client is seeking for a dynamic sales executive to join their evolving team at a world-renowned payments company.

The Senior Account Executive will be handling the sales strategies for revenue generation and selling into digital merchants their products and service. The ideal candidate will be identifying prospect, negotiating and delivering these value propositions to potential clients. This is a partnered effort with external and internal teams to maintain these relationships and to meet the anticipated sales target and goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Cultivate an understanding of the merchant client business, including payment strategy across all product platforms
  • Formulate proposals and negotiate contractual relationships with merchant clients for accepting and deploying products and services 
  • Expand revenue and merchant client partnerships through selling acceptance products and services 
  • Continuously review merchant landscape and adjust value propositions to adapt
  • Contribute to the development of functional strategy 
  • Maximize client satisfaction
  • Continuously review merchant landscape and adjust value propositions to adapt
  • Contribute to the development of functional strategy  

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of sales/business experience in relationship management, payments
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Card payment experience with understanding of the acceptance costs associated with all forms of payment 
  • Successful track record of selling to C-Suite at Fortune 500 companies
  • Ability to overcome objections and exceed sales goals 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Ability to coordinate internal and external resources and nurture cross functional relationships 
  • Ability to identify key potential prospects
  • Understanding of the complex sales cycle
  • Experience with negotiation and nurturing relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
