Our client, a global leading payments company is seeking an experienced Fintech/payments sales professional to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Build solid relationships with prospects, while managing objections, progressing and locking in new opportunities
  • Recognize and efficiently explain the benefits of electronic payment solutions, and business impact for customer patrons
  • Maintain precise and well-timed client, pipeline, and forecast records
  • Produce and execute captivating presentations and client artifacts
  • Construct account business plans as necessary to land targets and y establish aims and tactics to infiltrate and mature the account
  • Collaborate with product development team to propose and mature new proposals and product enhancements
  • Guarantee a smooth transition of customer relationship to the Account Manager, following a successful execution
  • Understand the competitive landscape relative to customer needs
  • Sustain an elevated level of sales action on a weekly basis, and work with other teams to cultivate sales assets for campaigns
  • Lead all parts of the sales process, while enlisting the backing of product specialists, implementation, service, and other management and sales resources as needed
  • Accomplish quarterly & yearly financial quotas, business goals
  • Keenly contribute in sales performance management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales atmosphere
  • Previous experience in services and technology, preferably in Payments, Fintech or Consulting
  • Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles from beginning to end with attaining revenue
  • Ability to problem-solve and asses situation to provide strategies and evaluate options
  • Outstanding administrative, verbal and written communication skills
  • A team-oriented approach with an capability to form relationships at numerous levels (internally and externally)
  • Knowledge with consultative selling methodologies
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce
