About the Job

  • Play a significant role in representing the company to various prospects and potential partners
  • Provide technical expertise for pre-sales (primarily) and post-sales (occasionally) activities, as well as define and execute POCs with prospective customers
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations
  • Help achieve sales revenue targets as part of the sales team
  • Identify and communicate customer requirements to the Product team

About You

  • 5+ years experience in a technical pre-sales role
  • Expertise with Windows desktop and server operating systems
  • Familiarity with Windows client software deployment tools
  • Proven experience working with cyber security products such as network monitoring, malware detection, vulnerability management, and/or threat intelligence, but preferably endpoint security software
  • Excellent working knowledge of networking
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in development of responses to RFP’s and other technical writing is a plus
  • Previous experience as a security analyst is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer science related field or equivalent experience
