Our Client is looking for a skilled Sales Engineer to lead the technical components of the customer solution with strategy and planning. They will ensure the customers’ needs, and assist with the team in qualifying opportunities. The main focus is mid-level clients that will benefit from my clients POS (SaaS) solution.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Point of Sale, Commerce, Payments, and Self-Ordering Kiosk
  • Manage and track lead generation opportunities in Salesforce; collaborate with internal, partner and marketing resources to optimize sales assets and the team’s ability to secure wins
  • Deliver product demonstrations at customer meetings or remote as well as internal sessions
  • Validate that the software, hardware and services offering aligns with the client’s objectives


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum two years customer-facing Retail or Hospitality experience in the areas of sales/marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering or Communications
  • Experience with tablet operating systems (iOS, Android) and Payment Solutions
  • Retail or Hospitality, in-store or central systems support experience is desired
