Our client, a leading cloud-based banking and payment solution is seeking a driven sales professional to develop an unchartered territory and join their growing team to provide new sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing revenue generation and tasked with recognizing, qualifying and building sales pipeline within their designated territories.
Understanding the commercial financial business developments, with a particular emphasis on payment processing and invoicing is essential. Uniting with this team will assume a high level of a consultative, and team selling process that works with both current and potential customers.
- Mature and implement account strategies to increase opportunities to meet sales targets through forecasting
- Track all lead activity, monitor leads/opportunities, and produce reports using Salesforce to determine development team goals
- Execute consultative selling and work with customers to build out professional case reasoning, ROI’s and response to RFP s
- Attend industry events and meetings, up to travel 50%
- Deliver qualitative feedback to teammates in marketing and sales to enhance campaign performance and increase forthcoming outreach efforts
- Achieve and cultivate demand generation pipeline leads and prospects in a identified region and/or line if business; close and complete sales cycle
- Make calls to generate qualified meetings through cold calling, following up on leads
- Use online platforms through social platforms and web research
- Knowledge of products and solutions, by staying abreast on industry trends and marketplace
- 5+ years in sales, payments experience preferred
- Proven sales track record
- Ability to work in team environment and work independently
- Problem solving skills and ability to overcome objections

- Bachelor’s degree or business experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
Excellent compensation package including base salary and commissions
