About the Job

Leading technology enabled consumer installment loan originator and servicer. This privately held company has developed a highly scalable loan origination and servicing platform and unique loan origination tools to deliver a differentiated level of service to its multiple stakeholders, including bank partners, merchant and retailer channel partners, and consumers/borrowers.   • Assist the organization in building and establishing a "Best in Class" Sales & Marketing Organization in order to effectively identify, target, and generate a consistent and continuous revenue stream from qualified national health care clients as a result of effective and systematic direct sales execution
  • Build and execute strategic relationships and agreements with large national accounts, medical associations, channel partners, software and technology partners and consultants
  • Responsible for creating and launching cohesive cross-functional market strategies and leading launch of new market entrance
  • Sales and P&L responsibility
  • Participate in professional societies and activities related to the health care industry, as appropriate
  • Develop and implement market-specific strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve objectives for areas of responsibility
  • Prepare and submit required management reports reflecting progress and accomplishments
  • Build, maintain and update CRM database information, as required
  • Coordinates joint sales & marketing efforts as appropriate
  • Champion the concept, principles, and services of the company
  • Support national and regional healthcare conferences and exhibitions as needed to achieve provider enrollment and engagement results

About You

  • Position can be located in SE, SW, NE or Great Lakes region*
  • A Bachelors Degree. A combination of education and experience will be accepted
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic sales including demonstrated results working with large national accounts is required
  • 7+ years consistent quota over achievement in the Healthcare related fields; devices, provider services and/or financial services including revenue cycle management
  • Experience in sales in a high-level consultative healthcare product and/or service sales experience is preferred
  • Experience working within the dental, veterinary medicine, vision/lasik, cosmetic/laser device surgery market highly desirable
  • A demonstrated track record of accomplishments in healthcare-related sales
  • Experience consistently delivering monthly, quarterly and annual revenue quotas
  • Strong high-level communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Effective sales management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Results oriented
  • A proven team player
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Computer literate in MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
