Over 50,000 merchants in 21 countries are using and trusting in the client's business to accept payments in a secure and optimized way. The business is regulated as financial institution and also holds licenses by the national banks and local regulators.
About the Job
You will be working on a key Project, expected to last six months. The main aims of the project are to review the Merchant on-boarding process with a view to making it smoother, simpler and with less limitations end-to-end.
You will be running the Project across multiple countries and multiple platforms. You will be involving teams from every step of the process including Payments, Product, Legal and Compliance. You will need to challenge people along with stay focused on customer experience. Knowledge of the ecommerce process end-to-end is essential.
General Responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the successful implementation of the Merchant On-boarding Project. Communicating and documenting key program requirements to clients, internal team members and other key stakeholders. You will need to partner with internal teams and develop strong relationships. You will track, manage and assess project status to maintain accuracy.
Your base location can be in one of any of the European offices.
- Knowledge of the Merchant on-boarding process end-to-end
- Highly effective communication and skills working in a multicultural environment
- Proficient in resolving potential issues about payment systems, tax regulations and onboarding requirements.
- Experience managing similar multi-national projects
- Fluent level English language skills
