About the Job

As Payments Business Development Manager Amongst your key tasks will be:

  • Contracts management
  • Ownership and management of payment relationships
  • Continuous research to keep up to date what is going on in the e-commerce world
  • PCI management
  • Evaluating payment methods for new markets
  • Advise on possible website / payment gateway improvements
  • Maintain all payment procedure and ensure that they are up to date
  • Ability to create presentation for the rest of the company if needed
  • Work very closely with the rest of the department managers, especially the Payment Strategy Manager
  • Implement payments optimization strategies to maximize deposit levels
  • Overseeing the payments processing function and ensuring quickest possible solutions
  • Decision making regarding key ad hoc customer queries requiring resolution

About You

  • Proven ability in identifying and recommending improvements that demonstrate ROI
  • Strong operational background
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of online payments, banking and payments processing in the gaming sector
  • Extensive experience of managing online payment relationships
  • Understanding of fraud monitoring
  • Ability to work with numerous internal and external cross functional teams not limited to; Marketing, Customer Support, IT, Developers and Finance
  • 3-4 years experience in the gaming industry in the payment sector
