About Technical Sales:

  • Drive the technical expertise and input during all sales activities and designing implementation solutions ensuring services are utilized in the best possible way for merchants, partners and end consumers
  • Advise newly signed merchants & partners on the technical implementation of our services to onboard them as frictionless as possible while ensuring excellent end user experience to generate profitable income 
  • Increasing commercial success rate by designing material that supports the presentation of products demonstrating how they increase merchant’s business during sales pitches

About Partner Engineer:

  • Role purpose: Maximize sales volumes through partners by implementing services ensuring excellent end user experience and stable performance.
  • Target segment: Medium sized to large PSP:s, open source platform partners, SAS commerce platform partners and others, potentially operating across more than one region.



  • Ensure that products are implemented according to best practices with partners (eg. installation, conversion, marketing & legal)
  • Provide technical pre-sales support for all types of platforms and PSPs
  • Lead implementation projects for partners from sign-to-live and some post-live optimization
  • Secure close collaboration & steering during partner implementation projects
  • Extensive testing to quality assure implementations on partner systems
  • Handling bug fixes according to maintenance agreements with partners
  • Support Implementation Experts and Advisors with partner specific knowledge during merchant projects
  • Maintain integration complexity list in cooperation with SME implementations and Module & Plugin teams
  • Maintain partner implementation documentation
