Our client, a globally leading payments technology & merchant services corporate, is building out a brand-new office location in Atlanta, Georgia.
The new teams to be recruited into this office include Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success & Support.
We are looking for an Operations Team Lead to direct the growth and management of this new business unit. Ultimately this team will provide the operational support for all US merchants (across ecommerce, retail, FMCG & travel).
The Ops Team Lead will have successfully run a customer-centric ops team for a medium-to-large sized payments processor before, and know the inner workings of the payments industry. You will lead the standardization & optimization of all operational activity, in addition to hiring and leading a diverse team.
This is a Director-level position in a new Business Unit in a rapidly growing territory (the US) – the potential for professional growth is huge.
Salary, bonus, healthcare & PTO is strong.
