- Build the customer onboarding process both internal and external
- Management of cross – functional teams
- Management of customer and partner relationship
- Develops and Implements a successful customer launch
- 7 – 10 years leading an operations team
- Onboarding customer experience
- 5 years leadership experience with a customer service team
- DevOps Knowledge
- Experience implementing API monetization to business models
