Based in Paris, our client is a very successful Payments Service Provider (PSP) which continues to grow. The main markets they operate in are eCommerce, Retail, Travel and Gaming. You will see them supporting merchants of all sizes ranging from large retailers to smaller Online Travel Agents but the important part is that they have a fantastic omnichannel offering which allows them to service merchants globally. Therefore there is a lot of interest for merchants to work with them.
Within the Marketing & Communication Department, you’ll work closely with all members of the department and also the sales department.
As part of the development of its marketing strategy, our client is looking for a Lead Generation B2B and Field Marketing manager to accelerate the growth of the company by bringing to life a bold B2B lead generation strategy and setting up specific actions.
Our client is looking for someone who can keep a focus on several aspects of its job:
- How do I generate more quality B2B leads?
- How do I nurture them?
- When are my leads qualified enough to send them to my sales colleagues?
Your tools will include Salesforce and HubSpot, that you’ll use to manage and develop the sales prospect databases and keep your work organised.
Our client is looking for someone creative who can think out-of-the-box and propose new ideas and levers to collect more leads, you’ll then be able to test out the ideas you brought on the table and optimize conversion rate by taking corrective actions and testing permanently.
You’ll have plenty of freedom around your actions to elaborate B2B lead acquisition strategies to drive more leads to support sales effort and are expected to nurture the leads too:
- segment, manage campaigns, script behavioral actions, conduct statistical / results analysis
You’ll also have to manage content creation and forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue
For this role we are looking for candidates who can be creative and think out of the box while being rigorous and organized to keep track of all actions.
A first experience of B2B lead generation is needed and mastering CRM tools (SalesForce prefered) and Hubspot is also a major plus.
As you’ll join an international company, you need to be fluent in English, your actions will not be limited to the French territory.
