About the Job

  • Work across four regions (EMEA, LATAM, MENA & APAC) to oversee all digital customer acquisition activities, global digital media planning, partnership development, managing a budget of over € 15M
  • Drive revenue growth with an entrepreneurial mindset bringing new bold ideas, whilst maximising the performance of existing channels delivering an improved ROI and lifetime value
  • Drive customer acquisition through Social, Paid Search, Affiliates, Programmatic and other channels, and take full ownership of our existing relation with the main players in the industry (Google, Facebook, Affiliates, DSPs etc)
  • Supervise all activities related to the analysis for KPI’s trends and define strategies for improving results and reaching goals
  • Participate in the development of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based upon broad organization goals, required to provide periodical forecast to the executive team
  • Work in a multi-functional environments, managing, mentoring and developing a team of Digital Marketing experts

About You

  • Have solid and strong experience in Mobile VAS market with solid understanding of the characteristics and peculiarities of this business
  • Have 6+ years of successful track record leading and growing a B2C Mobile performance marketing organization with a solid experience in budget management, media planning, rate negotiation, online advertising technology concepts, performance media platforms
  • Have experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Power Editor, general knowledge of Facebook advertising. Experience with Marketing Partners (MakeMeReach, Smartly, etc.) is a strong plus
  • Have experience with Google Adwords and Certified knowledge on GDN and Mobile Advertising
  • Have strong teamwork and team management skills, ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural environment and having proactivity as your main characteristic. Agile Methodology knowledge is a plus
  • Are a “growth hacker” with a passion to identify the most effective and efficient way to grow the business using conventional and unconventional Marketing experiments
  • Are fluent in English
  • Have an International experience is a plus
