Position Summary

Our client needs a  General Manager will be operationalizing and executing against our client’s strategy to further extend the company's position and profile in the New York City, Northern New Jersey and Connecticut markets; Required to develop, lead and manage our client’s direct organization in selling, deploying and servicing our client restaurant solutions in the assigned geographies

This will include developing, leading and managing our client’s direct organization in selling, deploying and servicing our client restaurant solutions in the assigned geographies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Order, revenue, profit, and effective management to organize and execute a complete business that drives maximum cash flow with the available resources. Everything is done with a strategy and approach that aligns to our people, culture, values and growth vision.
  • Work with senior management to develop the local office strategy and with other local office leaders develop, share and implement best practices
  • Create market potential and opportunities for our solutions, within our client hospitality business
  • Provide the vision, inspiration and leadership necessary to drive commercial success
  • Provide input to strategic decisions that affect functional area of responsibility
  • Implement the strategic goals and objectives of the Company, giving direction and leadership towards the achievement of the organization's vision, mission goals and initiatives
  • Provide leadership direction to all functions within the assigned area, to grow profitability
  • Develop, build, inspire and motivate sales and sales support teams through passionate leadership
  • Formulate and advocate a people management strategy and high performance culture which includes recruitment, development and retention of top talent
  • Foster and lead change, and create a mindset of innovation and efficiency


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of managerial experience as a second and higher level manager of teams of 15+ people
  • Strong team management experience overseeing either Hospitality Software Sales and/or POS Technology
  • Proven track record in performance leadership; sale driven with discipline in forecast management
  • Ability to work in an organized; action-driven fashion


Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA Degree
