My client is looking for a Director of Sales Operations be a key member of their sale leadership team. You will maintain ales plan, budget, current performance, and potential driver. You also must be data-driven and manage day-to-day sales operations while continuing to make improvements to current processes. You will also be managing monthly reporting and uncovering any roadblocks or challenges.

  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred
  • Payments experience is a must have
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar analytical field
  • Strong Leadership, presentation, organization, and training skills
  • Can successfully manage multiple concurrent projects within various stages
  • CRM experience
  • Ability to develop training curriculum is strongly desired
