Our client, a fast-growing provider for point-of-sale platforms for the retail/restaurant industry is seeking a driven Channel Sales Director to aid in the achievement of sales strategy and goals through channel and reseller partners.
The ideal candidate will lead the channel in the go to market strategy and enhance those relationships in the marketplace through recommendations and enhancementsthat improve client satisfaction.
- Develop Channel Partner business plans and provide reports on activities
- Lead Channel team, account managers and trainers to close deal, boarding and maintain relationship of Channel Partners and Resellers
- Mature new business opportunities for growth through pipeline management and outbound efforts
- Organizes development of sales and marketing materials for Channel Partners to be successful
- Determine and sustain strategic business relationships with assigned channel sales accounts.
- Support Channel Partners with pricing quotes and order processing.
- Construct team of channel account managers over to support the sales growth of channel partners
- Give feedback to management and Channel Partners to guarantee that sales and marketing plans, programs and policies are executed through the levels of channel operations.
- Lead solutions to address end user needs, while collaborating with partner
- Create new processes and identify new opportunities
- Meet targets and sales for accounts
- Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- 8+ years in sales and management, software and POS preferred
- 3 years in channels sales and business development
- Proven record of achieving sales target
- Works well in team environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
