Our client is one of Europe’s fastest growing payment companies currently looking to grow their office in London. They are known for their disruptive force on the B2C and B2B payment and banking markets, and continuously innovating to disrupt financial services in whichever way possible.
Their Technical Sales Department plays a vital role in achieving their ambitious goal by supporting sales and delivering world-class technical integrations. They are now developing this department even more and are looking for a talented, driven and curious person to fill a role as Delivery Manager, focusing on the UK markets and based at the office in London.
As (Senior) Delivery Manager within their UK Tech Sales team, you will ensure that the technical integration with newly acquired merchants works in the best possible way.
You will play an important part during the sales process and especially after our client’s sales team has signed a new merchant. It’s your responsibility to support the merchants integrating their payment solutions so they can start using them as quickly as possible, while ensuring a high quality of implementation at the same time. You will be helping them with both the technical and visual aspects of the integration and will support them as an external project manager to guarantee a smooth experience for them.
To accomplish this you will be in contact with our merchants both on site during workshops as well as via phone, video call or email. You will be closely cooperating with our sales team to reach our ambitious growth targets.
To be successful in this role you will enjoy working at a high speed pace in an evolving, strongly dynamic environment. Problem solving, meeting tight deadlines and achieving results are as critical as great communication skills.
Expectation is to meet a person with a structured, analytical approach, curious and always open to learn. You are service minded and always give high priority to customer satisfaction which you have successfully displayed in customer facing projects before.
Possessing knowledge of the online system landscape (i.e. shop systems, API integrations, web programming languages), as well as effective operational proficiency in the English language are mandatory requirements.
Our client knows that diverse teams are strong teams, and welcome those with alternative identities, backgrounds, and experiences. Their team includes women, men, mothers, fathers, the self-taught, the college-educated, and people from all over the world.
