My customer has just landed a major investment and will be doubling its headcount over the next 12 months. They have a fairly large team in NYC, and people spread across the US. They offer an extremely competitive, patented and rapidly integrated machine learning antifraud solution to medium-sized merchants and financial services companies.
We are now looking for a Customer Success Director to create and lead the Customer Success strategy and team going forward. There is already a small CS team and you will need to grow it by up to 3 times.
This is a great growth opportunity for a senior director who has scaled small teams rapidly and own both strategy & daily team management.
