We are looking for Customer Lead to fulfil a role in a small fintech start-up here in Amsterdam which has backing from a larger financial organization.
We need someone with a track record in Sales or Account Management, some experience of Project Management in the financial services sector and ideally, some knowledge of working capital solutions (WCS).
The is customer centric position where you will be delivering professional service that truly adds value to the customers. Day-to-day you will be in touch with customers, delivering communications, solving queries, issues and handling disputes with the goal of both building closer relationships and retaining customers.
With this being a start-up, it’s also crucial that you gain feedback about the product and relay this to the team so they can work on development and optimisation. You will be the first person in a position such as this one and you will need to set up the dept, implement the customer support processes and set KPI’s (for yourself).
Team-size right now is four, which is supported within the wider organisation by Agile coaches and designers. The working environment is agile, based on LEAN Start Up, with rapid sprints employed in the development cycle.
It will help greatly if you are digitally savvy, have an “entrepreneurial mindset” and can handle working in a very small team within a start-up environment where you can co-create to help drive the business forward.
