Our client specializes in digital banking and has an exciting opportunity for a driven Sales Leader to work with partners and manage sales strategy. This position is well suited to for an individual that is looking to provide their expertise and leadership skills with an innovative and fast growing banking platform.
The Program Sales Leader will be responsible for developing new direct business and managing a pipeline produced with partners for the team. The main focus will be on larger well-known Fintech brands looking to provide all-inclusive digital banking services.
- 10 years or more, on experience on cards programs
- Knowledge of interchange
- Proven track record of meeting targets and quotas
- Knowledge of complex sales cycles and process
- Solid presentation, sales, closing skills, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team functions and communicate successfully with executive
- Able to work from a home office and some travel expected
