Key Role Responsibilities

Responsible on developing the overall Account Development plan on Eastern & Southern African countries to increase penetration of services,
Responsible of managing relationships to ensure buy in of stakeholders (MNOs, banks, aggregators, regulators, merchants,
Management of full cycle of sales process including agreement/signatures, live account status and on-going management of accounts,
Ensure excellent communication and internal coordination to roll-out new services taking into accounts market specificity (regulation, competition etc.),
Full ownership of customer requests and exploring new opportunities to add value,
Attend trade shows, source leads, follow sales process, increase reputation of the company,
Ensure account retention, contractual health, well-being and maximum satisfaction of clients, and
Contribute to the overall strategy of the company.
 

Essential Experience

Minimun 8 years’ experience, in Money Transfer, Mobile Money or Mobile Financial Services, Payment and/or telecommunications,
Driven, Flexible, self-motivated, go-getter, able to accept change and willing to work in an exciting environment
Proven track record of delivering results,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Strong relationship building skills,
